Trainee programme

On our one-year trainee programme, agriculture, business studies or bioinformatics graduates from universities or universities of applied sciences are given the opportunity to get to know essential processes in the various divisions of the company, and to gain a deep insight into the potato-growing industry. So why not join us? Come and find your own personal way into the diverse activities of the Solana Group – even possible through an assignment abroad! The openings include positions in research and development, seed potato production and storage, quality assessment, cultivation planning and certification. And production management and deep insights into the sales activities are also part of the programme.
