We celebrate 120 years Solana!
This year we are celebrating our 120th anniversary! To mark the occasion, we have produced a short film that shows what has driven us for generations: the striving for quality, innovative strength - and a passion for potatoes.
Expansion of potato breeding site in Windeby
The Solana Group opened its new seed breeding building and greenhouse in Windeby on 28 August 2024. Minister President Daniel Günther praised the company as an important regional economic factor. Managing Director Leo von Kameke emphasised the strategic importance of the location and the facilities now to offer new local jobs.
