Betriebsleiter Zuchtstation (m/w/d) Windeby

Führung des technischen Teams der Zuchtstation in disziplinarischer und organisatorischer Verantwortung
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Team, Abläufen und Station zur Sicherstellung effizienter und moderner Arbeitsprozesse
Planung und Koordination der Saisonabläufe inklusive Maschinen-, Personal- und Ressourceneinsatz
Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden der Züchtung und Forschung zur Umsetzung der vorgegebenen Versuchs- und Zuchtpläne
Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Pflanzengesundheitsstandards gemäß interner und externer Vorgaben
Verantwortung für die technische Infrastruktur der Zuchtstation inklusive Maschinen, Geräte, Wartung und Serviceplanung
Standortpräsentation: Organisation und Durchführung von Besuchergruppen und Fachdelegationen
